Old Second National Bank in downtown Aurora, IL. was a commercial design project that entailed  a complete 3rd and 4th floor interior remodel. The  existing building is a part of the historical architecture building designed in a Prairie School style back in 1924 by George Grant Elmslie. While Phorma Designs was designing the interior remodel uncovered a stain glass historical artifact hidden in the ceiling for many years and was restored to its former glory as part of the interior remodel 4th floor design.

Prime Time Restaurant & Bar is a newly constructed restaurant design bar which comes from the chain of Les Brothers family restaurants in the Chicagoland area. The newly constructed restaurant became one of the first of many to incorporate a sports bar like atmosphere with a separate area to host large party gatherings as well as an outdoor patio dining. Even with the newly additive amenities the restaurant is still coupled with the old traditions of the Les Brothers family restaurant to still serve the many families in the community and around the Chicagoland area.
